Steps

  1. Write a one-paragraph 'audience facts' note with your real, current numbers from YouTube Studio and beehiiv. Update it monthly.
  2. Create a bot named 'Pitch Drafter' with the prompt below and your audience facts.
  3. Send it one brand from your sponsor list plus where you saw them sponsor.
  4. Edit, find the right contact on the brand's site (partnerships page or media kit), and send it yourself.

Prompt

Draft a sponsorship pitch email to {BRAND}.
Use only my audience facts below; never round up or invent numbers.
Structure: subject line under 50 characters; 1 sentence showing I know their product; 1 sentence on why my audience fits (cite where they've already sponsored similar creators: {SOURCE}); 2–3 bullet audience facts; one clear offer (e.g. a 60-second integration in one video + one newsletter mention); a simple ask for a 15-minute call or their rate card.
Under 150 words. No flattery, no exclamation marks.
Audience facts: {PASTE}

Replace anything in {BRACES} with your own details. Always review output before you post or send it.
