Steps

Open the video in YouTube Studio or on the watch page and copy the transcript (… menu → Show transcript). Remove timestamps.
Create a bot named 'Thread Writer' and paste the prompt below as its instructions.
Each time you publish, send the bot the title, the video URL and the transcript.
Read the draft. Check every number and claim against the video; delete anything you did not say.
Post the thread yourself, with the video link in the last post or first reply.

Rules:
- 6 to 10 posts, each under 270 characters.
- Post 1 is a hook that states the single most useful takeaway. No clickbait, no emojis in post 1.
- Use only facts, numbers and opinions that appear in the transcript. If something is unclear, leave it out.
- One idea per post. Plain words.
- Last post: one-line summary plus 'Full video: {URL}'.
- Return the posts numbered, then a list of any claims I should double-check.
